How can I find a calling card that fits my needs?

International Telecall has created a calling card selector which will give you the best rates available for the destinations you want to call. You can use Card Selector from the top on any page of the web site.

What’s the difference between pre-paid and 1+ retail service?

With pre-paid service, your International Telecall account is used by calling one of our local access telephone numbers, or our 800 service. Your pre-paid account enjoys lower rates than most long-distance companies, and can be used from anywhere in the US. With 1+ retails service, International Telecall will become your long distance provider on your local home or business phone.

Where does International Telecall offer residential or business long distance service?

International Telecall can offer pre-paid residential or business long distance service anywhere in the contiguous 48 states through either local access or 800 telephone numbers that you dial from your home phone. There are a growing number of markets, such as the NY Metropolitan Area, where International Telecall can offer 1+ residential service. Please contact us for a current list of areas we can provide this service.

What are the access telephone numbers for your services?

Access numbers for calling cards are provided on the cards themselves. Access numbers for residential service are given at the time of ordering the service.

Is Skyline service available anywhere outside the Middle East?

Currently, International Telecall is only able to offer Skyline service to the areas listed on our site.

How are your online orders processed?

To protect the security of our customers, International Telecall manually processes each transaction. After placing an order on our website, you will receive an E-mail confirmation of your order, as well as the PIN number and your local access number once your transaction has been approved. Most transactions are handled within a couple of hours, and you can contact us with any questions about your transaction.

Can I recharge my pre-paid account online?

At this time, International Telecall can recharge your calling card and pre-paid accounts by E-mail or by telephone only. We hope to add an on-line service for recharging accounts soon.
